Bookies Not Expecting A City Win

The bookies are favouring Nottingham Forest to get the points they need to ensure Championship survival on Saturday when Coventry City are the visitors to the City Ground.

A defeat for City would send Charlton Athletic into League One unless Barnsley, who visit the Ricoh Arena next Tuesday, or Norwich were to lose all their remaining matches by a margin that would wipe out Charlton's minus goal difference.

Bookies Bet365 have the The Sky Blues at 3-1 to win with Forest 4/5. You can get 12/5 on a draw.

This is the 85th meeting of the two sides with Coventry having won 17 of those games. There has been 28 draws. City have scored 95 goals compared to Forest's 108.

Earlier in the season, City drew with Nottingham Forest 2-2. Coventry's last visit to the City Ground was on August 28th 2004 and saw a 4-1 win for the Sky Blues with goals from Andy Morrell (2), Eddy Johnson and Stephen Hughes.

Joe Kinnear's side had Taylor sent off for an elbow on Tim Sherwood.
