Late Goal Sends City To Defeat

Coventry City were beaten 1-0 by Fleetwood Town at the Ricoh Arena this afternoon.

A rather turgid first half of hoofball failed to produce many clear cut chances.

Jodi Jones was sent on for the second half in front of a crowd of 8,129 and City with Farrend Rawson at the back were more solid.

Again the Sky Blues failed to really test Alex Cairns in the Fleetwood goal and were made to pay in the 89th minute when Cian Bolger headed home from a corner to send City to another defeat.
