Zavon Hines Retires

Former Coventry City loanee Zavon Hines has announced his retirement from playing.

Born in Jamaica, Hones made 22 appearances for West Ham United and was loaned to City in 2008, making seven appearances and scoring once versus Sheffield Wednesday.

Hines then played for Burnley, AFC Bournemouth, Bradford City, Dagenham & Redbridge, Southend, Maidstone, Chesterfield before moving to Bromley.

The 30 year old has said that after taking medical advice, he has been forced to retire from playing professional football.
