The Mirror reported on Saturday that Conor Thomas is expected to sign a new Coventry City contract this week and rumours abound that Cyrus Christie will follow suit..
The duo, who have both done well in the first team this season, are out of contract on June 30th 2013 but are likely to be offered longer deals, believed to be two more years each, after media reported interest from other clubs including Newcastle United and Liverpool.
Only Martin Cranie, Sammy Clingan, Chris Dunn, Danny Ireland, Clive Platt and Gary McSheffrey who has the option of another year automatically if he plays enough matches, will be out of contract at the end of this season.
