Coventry City will be able to call upon the services of loanee defender Richard Wood for Saturday's trip to Plymouth Argyle.

The centre half currently on loan from Sheffield Wednesday with a view to a £500,000 deal in January, has recovered from his bruised foot which saw him miss the games against Newcastle United and Peterborough United.

Wood expected to slot in at centre half with Martin Cranie reverting to right back to replace the suspended Stephen Wright.

Speaking about Wood, Chris Coleman said to the CT:  “Woody has trained but he’s still sore, but with a bit of luck he’ll be all right for the weekend.”
