Coventry City defender Jordan Willis is expected to miss Saturday's League One game against Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.

Willis sprained his ankle in the 0-0 draw at Bristol City on Saturday and speaking about this to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, City boss Tony Mowbray said: "I don’t think Jordan’s injury it’s as bad as it could have been.

“There’s a fair chance he’ll miss this weekend but it’s not a bad one and hopefully it won’t be too long. Fortunately we’ve got young Aaron sitting there waiting patiently.

“Aaron started in the team when I came in, picked up a little injury and Jordan came in and did well so we’re fortunate because that position is pretty well covered with the two competing with each other, and whoever has got the jersey tries to stay in the team.”
