Will Humour Work For Harrison?

Coventry City Coach Steve Harrison is hoping that team spirit will carry the Sky Blues through this season.

The mood in the City camp has been good since the departure of Micky Adams and Harrison, a known practical joker and wit, is determined to ensure that this continues.

"I think humour is essential and you can still work hard with a smile on your face," said Harrison to the CT.

"I have always found that players relax more when they can smile and it brings the best out of them. "There is a lot to be said about team spirit and the longer you work with the squad the tighter they get.

"The more work you put into them the more shattered they are together and they run together and play football together, and that's how you breed team spirit.

"If you can get players comfortable with each other then hopefully you are on to a winner."
