Whingy Wants New Deal

Right back Andy Whing wants to continue his career at Coventry City. The defender who scored the last ever goal in a professional league match at Highfield Road is out of contract at the end of the season but is hopeful of a new deal.

Whing whose home shirt is sponsored by Covsupport said to Sky Blue World:"In an ideal world I would like to be offered a new contract but we will see. There are six games left until the end of the season and I want to be a part of most of them if not all of them.

"Obviously I have got to impress the gaffer and we will see from there."
