Former Coventry City keeper Keiren Westwood is unlikely to start for the Republic Of Ireland in their Euro 2012 opener against Croatia on Sunday.

Shay Given has over come a knee injury and blisters and Ireland's goalkeeping coach Alan Kelly told the BBC that the Villa keeper would play in the game and said: "I don't think wild horses could keep Shay out of the game on Sunday,"

The keeper now at Sunderland is expected to be on the bench for Ireland's three group games in the tournament which kicks off on Friday.
