The Republic Of Ireland international, has a back problem and looks set to miss his second match after pulling out of the West Brom game.
Speaking to the CT, Chris Coleman said: "There is no improvement with Keiren so he is a big doubt for Friday.
"He is seeing a specialist today because we are a little bit bemused because not a lot has come up on the scan but he is complaining about pain in his back.
"So he is seeing a specialist and hopefully we will know more after that."
