We're Going In To Cup Tie With Confidence - Knill

Northampton Town assistant manager Alan Knill has said that his team come to Coventry City on Saturday full of confidence.

Knill told the Northampton Herald & Post: "When it came out, we looked at it and thought 'that's a really tough draw' and it is. They're a really good side, they're going well in the league above and Tony Mowbray is a really good manager.

But I think that we're a good side and we've had teams like Colchester and Blackpool, who are above us and we played well in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy against Millwall.

"We weren't outplayed in any of those games – we won two out of the three – so we go into it with obviously respect for them, but we're not going into in off the back of losses.

"We're going into it confident and the players all feel that we can go there and cause an upset."
