The under fire City boss said told the CET: "We are just conceding too easily. "Whether it is a lack of leadership I don't know because we have got some experienced boys out there with Shaw and Staunton, and Hughes in the centre of the park who has won a Premiership title, as well as internationals, so there are players out there who share responsibility.
"The players are working hard and are trying the best for us but defensively it is a concern. I would like to strengthen but it is hard at this moment in time, so we have just got to keep on going and get better at defending, be more professional and more disciplined."
