Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has said that he spent Thursday afternoon getting to know Coventry City better.

Wenger remembered the Sky Blues from their days in the Premier League but admitted to not being that au faix with the currrent team.

Wenger is quoted as saying by Arsenal.com: "I know much more than you think about Coventry City. When I arrived here, they were in the Premier League and one of the good teams.

"We had many difficult games against them when they were in the Premier League but about the modern Coventry City, I must confess, I don't know a lot.

"This afternoon will be dedicated to getting to know more about them."
