Coventry City manager Andy Thorn feels that if the Sky Blues continue to show the same sort of effort and commitment as they did against West Ham, they will be ok.

Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said: "West Ham have got a lot of quality throughout the squad and that probably told in the second half. But, I believe my players couldn't have done anymore today and I am proud of their commitment, energy and passion to try and win the match.

"We kept going until the end and we were always in the match and that is why I think we deserved at least a point from the game.

"I've got a young team who have found that hard to take but I have said to them that if they keep putting in that level of performance and that drive to win, it is only round the corner for us.

"All the games are tough but we know we have to start getting some wins on the board and the players are determined to work hard for the club.

"We do have a young side so I do have to be careful with them and how much we use them in matches.

"Having said that, they have proved today what they can do and if we can keep positive, keep believing in what we are doing, we will be fine."
