Coventry City have made an excellent signing in a new appointment for the ticket office.
This week sees the welcome return of Shelagh Brock to the City Ticket Office staff to further boost the excellent work that has been done by Karen, Lyn, Danielle and the rest of the staff in trying to accommodate the demands of City supporters over tickets and season tickets over the last few weeks.
Shelagh's time at the club before, highlighted her effiicency and willingness to help City supporters, which Shelagh is a long standing one, and her coming back to the club is certainly a step in the right direction.
