SISU's appeal against Coventry City Council will be heard this week.
The appeal case of Sky Blue Sports and Leisure and others v Coventry City Council and others, is pencilled in to be heard in Court 75 at the Royal Courts Of Justice in London on Wednesday and Thursday.
