Coventry City manager Andy Thorn feels that he needs to keep freshening things up.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said after he changed the formation in the second half at Cardiff on Wednesday night: "Well, we stopped doing it because of personal and when we changed it, it gave us a fresh impetus. And then last night, we needed a fresh impetus again, so we changed back.
"I think if we can keep freshening things up which is something we have been doing all season. We need to keep people guessing and changing things around.
"Changes can keep your squad going as players thrive of new challenges and that's what we have to do. I only changed the system because of personal and I didn't want to change it otherwise.
"I like the way we play when we play the system. It is something we which we can use and give us a massive chance of staying up."
