Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that the City players must work for each other in the final four matches of the season.

Speaking to Sky Blue Player at the weekly press conference, the City manager said: "I don't think the play-offs are there for us any more but momentum is important and these last four games are important starting with Saturday.

"We need to get back to being consistent over 90 minutes and getting back to that level that got is within a couple of points of the play-offs only a month ago.

"We need everybody to look after their individual jobs but remember that it's the collective effort that will get us results.

"When we were doing what we were doing well we got ourselves in a position to fight for a play-off place a month ago.

"It's also been a case of going on a bad run of games at a time when we needed results but in alot of those games we have not played particularly badly, more a case of perhaps being a bit unfortunate with defeats to West Brom and Cardiff and the draws against Leicester and Sheffield Wednesday.

"That being said, we know we have it all to do at the weekend. I want to see us working for each other, working hard wth and without the ball and doing it for 90 minutes."
