Coventry City manager Mark Robins said that the culture of the club must change.
Speaking at the Sky Blues Breakfast Networking Club yesterday, the City boss said: “Ultimately, we have to change the culture to one that not only expects success but believes it can be achieved. We are putting the building blocks in place now that will help us get there but it is not going to happen overnight.”
