Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has said that the Sky Blues must be on the front foot when they take on Ipswich Town at the Ricoh Arena this afternoon.
Ipswich arrive in Coventry fresh after having their last two matches postponed whilst the Sky Blues travelled to Cardiff and then less than 48 later, played league leaders Queens Park Rangers.
Boothroyd doesn't know what to make of Ipswich and told the CT: "We won't know what effect that will have if any until after the game. "Sometimes it can do you the world of good to have a little rest and you come back firing on all cylinders - sometimes it can work the other way and leave you ring-rusty.
"Generally speaking, I think it's good to get your games out of the way when they are scheduled, although I wish our last two matches had been called off because we lost both of them.
"But we don't know how Ipswich are going to react, so we've got to make certain that we get off on the front foot and give them problems from the start."
