Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he has to be astute in the transfer market.
Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole: “We’ll have to work within our wage structure. It’s sustainable at the moment but we have to be astute, be clever in the transfer system and find the right players.
“You either spend money investing in players to get quick success or you develop your own, the likes of James Maddison, Ryan Haynes, Jack Finch Jordan Willis and that takes time.
“In the short term I know I need to get results to give me time to bring these young players through.
“That’s the reality of where we are just now – working tirelessly to make our fans proud.”
