Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher says that SISU have nothing to hide and fully support the KCIC petition calling for a goverment inquiry into the Sky Blues.

Writing in his programme notes for the Carlisle United game, Mr Fisher wrote: "We completely understand the frustration in that we are seeing such wonderful football under Steven and Neil, yet, it is being played away from the Coventry area. We also completely understand why fans made their voices heard at Arsenal in front of a live tv audience.

"We have been asking the same question 'why' for some time now and that is the reason we have put our names to the on-line petition that asked for the situation to be looked at by Parliament. It is important that all the fans know what happened and in some detail.

"We have nothing to hide from such a process and are only too happy for the truth to emerge.

"The real truth is that the football club needs to be back in the Coventry area as soon as possible on terms that mean it has a long, sustainable future."
