Current Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has re-iterated that as far as he is concerned Coventry City FC have left the Ricoh Arena and have moved on.
Whether Mr Fisher with his string of dissolved businesses trailing in his wake and being the Director of Coventry City Football Club Limited which is administration, is entitled to make such statements looks like being a matter for the courts to decide but speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire's Stuart Linnell , Tim Fisher said: "We have left the Ricoh Arena. We have moved on. We would not respond or engage in any talks (with ACL and City Council) we have moved on.
"My time now is spent with forward planning for the next three years and the next ten years in terms of what we propose to build.
"Our plans do not give any consideration for ACL
"We were forced out of the Ricoh we could not take the business risk and therefore we made our plans accordingly and we will fulfill those plans."
