We Have Got To Go Forward- Thorn

Coventry City manager Andy Thorns feels that his team must put the late defeat at Blackpool to bed and move forward.

Speaking to the CT's Alan Poole, Thorn: "It's tough to take when you get beaten after working so hard," he said, "but we can't harp on about it. We can't turn back the clock so we've just got to go forward.

"We're on a decent little run of results at home and it's obviously important that we keep that going until the end of the season because our away record is appalling.

"It's not for the want of trying - there have been plenty of times when we've dominated for long periods but lost by the odd goal.

"We don't do it on purpose; contrary to what some people seem to think, we don't all knock off once we get to the final ten minutes. It hurts, believe me, but we've been hurt before and we've picked ourselves up."
