Coventry City midfielder Sammy Clingan feels that the Sky Blues can come out of their dip in form.
Speaking to the CT, the Northern Irish international said: "I think we can only go one way now and that is forward.
"There are a few players coming back which will be good for the gaffer and hopefully we can get a win against Palace and go on a little run from there.
"The injuries have hit the club hard but these things happen in football and you just have to get on with it. But the international break has given us a bit of a breather and time to re-gather and re-group and hopefully win the next game."
