Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he is hopeful that Chuba Akpom and Michael Petrasso can adapt whilst they are on loan at the Sky Blues.

“The boy from QPR is a really good player and understands immediately the pressing type of game," Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner.

“With Nathan Delfounso being out at the weekend Michael was going to play down the middle as a striker. But he gives us an option on the left, right or through the middle.

"He’s a very exciting player and I’m sure he’ll be a good player for us.

“We’re hopeful that they can both adapt quite quickly to how we play the game.

"Akpom is a player who Arsenal rate very highly and has great potential, and it’s just a question of him adapting to the demands of regular first-team football."
