London Wasps Rugby Club want a 100% share of the Ricoh Arena, according to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert.
Wasps are looking for a 100% share with a 250 year lease seemingly guaranteed.
However, Coventry City Council are locked in talks tonight about selling the arena to Wasps for £30m.
The meeting started at 6.30pm and was reported as still going on some four hours later.
