Ward Plays As Norwich Keep Up Automatic Promotion Hopes

Former Coventry City defender Elliott Ward (Pictured below) played the whole of Norwich City's 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest at Carrow Road tonight.

Nathan Tyson had put Forest ahead but Grant Holt and Andrew Surman put the Canaries ahead at the break.

Forest had Paul Konchesky sent off for a second bookable before a cracking intervention from Ward ensured that Norwich keep up their bid for automatic promotion.

Norwich are two points clear of Cardiff with four games left whilst Forest are in seventh.
