The war of words continue with Mike McGinnity hitting back at the "competition" being run by Jojar Dhinsa to meet him on October 16th for breakfast at the Allesley Hotel in Coventry.

The current City Chairman feels the competition deals which was first broke on this site on on September 21st is a "disgraceful stunt".

McGinnity who is under fire from increasing sections of the Sky Blues support fed up that the club is merely existing, said: “This man is supposed to be a multi-millionaire. He keeps telling people he’s going to put £100 million into the club - so why does he have to charge people 25p for the privilege of meeting him?

“It’s a disgraceful stunt, and although I don’t think that many of our fans take him seriously, it’s an unwanted distraction.”

Mr Dhinsa promised to make a “nine-figure” bid for the club by the end of next month. The 29-year-old said he’d brought his bid forward from the end of the season because he wanted to demonstrate his commitment to the club with “hard cash and hard work”.
