Coventry City Development Officer Steve Waggott and Coventry City Council leader Ann Lucas have apologised over the Ricoh Arena which led to Coventry City being in exile for over a year.
Speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, Mr Waggott said: "I get the frustration and anger that's been shown by the fans.
"I apologise sincerely for everything I may have inflicted on them."
Coventry City Council leader Ann Lucas was also offering her apologies and said "To anybody who's lost out, I'm so sorry."
