Coventry City Interim Manager & Otium Director Mark Venus has said that he has to pick up the players after City's latest league loss which was a 3-1 def, who eat at Southend United.
Venus, who is blamed by many of the City support for his part in bringing in players either permanently or on-loan who are clearly not good enough, told the Press Association: I have to make sure I pick these players up and they have to keep on believing in themselves too.
"They have to keep on pushing hard to get wins and pick up points in the league.
"That's what we work towards every day because we're professional football people and we have to keep going.
"Southend looked stronger than us and they were more street-wise too."
