Some Coventry City supporters remain scared that there will not be a club come the end of this season.

It was announced that SISU had it has funding from its bankers for this season but so far nothing has been said about next season or any future seasons.

Speaking to The Mirror, one supporter Gary Stubbs said: “We’re going to be the next Portsmouth or Luton, without a doubt.

"The mood among the fans is the worst I’ve ever known but they don’t want to listen to us.

“They don’t care about the club at all and now it’s dying a death. Unless something is done soon, there won’t be a Coventry City.”

Coventry MP Bob Ainsworth also told The Mirror: “There are enormous worries in the city of Coventry over what is happening because what we all want to see is a successful football club.

“We are all desperate to see the club turned around but wonder whether or not the present owners are really the right people to be able to do this.”
