Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said unity amongst the players will help to keep the squad together.

City had interest in players such as Callum Wilson, Leon Clarke and Cyrus Christie before the transfer window closed on Monday and the City boss told club journalist Kieran Crowley: "I think the one thing which will help convince any of our players staying here is the unity within the group.

"Many of the players are good friends, there is a spirit and a togetherness around the place.

"I think a lot of our players are very much enjoying their football. No matter how much you get paid, ultimately, you want to enjoy your football."
