The centre half is out of contract in June but has been told that he will be offered a three year deal.
"The Chairman told my agent that I would be getting an offer this week, which is great news for me as I don't want to go anywhere else," said Turner to the CT.
City boss Chris Coleman also told the paper: "We are hoping he signs a new contract this week."
