The Birmngham born centre half, has played for England U19's but not at any older age group and Wales are showing an interest in the defender who has come through the ranks at Coventry City.
"Ben Turner, could soon be a Welsh Under-21," said Chris Coleman to the CT.
"They've been looking at him very seriously and in my opinion he's more than capable of doing a job there.
