Jordan Turnbull has said that Coventry City players put in a performance during their 2-0 win against Port Vale.
Turnbull told BBC Coventry And Warwickshire; "Disappointed to lose Tony Mowbray and we decided to put in a performance today.
"Jordan Willis and I worked well we knew there was going to be an onslaught from the but we took it on and got the win.
"We had the direction and ir was a great reaction from the lads.
"We have won convincingly and know we can see out a game and are now looking forward to the next few games."
