Coventry City defender Jordan Turnbull is hoping that the Sky Blues get the first league victory of the season tomorrow.

City go into the game at home to Oldham Athletic which is their eighth league game this season without a win in their previous seven matches this season and speaking to the Coventry Telegraph at this lunch-time's press conference, the defender, who is on a three year deal with City said:" Players go into every game with confidence but everyone knows we haven’t won a game in the league and we’re hoping it will come tomorrow.

"Everyone felt last weekend was a confidence boost and now we’re looking to push on, score some goals and keep a clean sheet.

"A victory is the only thing missing at the moment.

"We have felt we’ve been in with a chance of three points in every game and it will be a huge relief for the team.”
