Former Coventry City youngster Jonathan Tuffey starts in goal for Northern Ireland tonight in their Carling Cup match against Wales in Dublin.

Tuffey, who was not given a new contract by Micky Adams after skippering City's Academy to the U18's League title and doing well in his appearances for City Reserves, will gain his seventh cap for Northern Ireland tonight after making his debut against Hungary in 2008.

Tuffey is one of five changes to the Northern Ireland side which was beaten 5-0 by the Republic on Tuesday night and the side will be without Coventry City midfielder Sammy Clingan who has a hip injury.

Former Sky Blue Craig Bellamy will lead the Wales team which again is without Freddie Eastwood.
