Coventry City drew 1-1 with Northampton Town this afternoon.

The Sky Blues had Jordan Turnbull back in defence and Marvin Sordell up front but went a goal down in the 29th minute when Harry Beautyman swept home.

In the 63rd minute in front of a crowd of 10,022, Marcus Tudgay levelled from a Jodi Jones cross to make it 1-1 and give the City support, some of whom again protested against the Sky Blues owners, something to cheer.

Latest loanee Gael Bigirimana was given the last twenty minutes plus the six added and both sides had chances but the draw was a fair result.
