Trevor Benjamin was a sad loser coming on for a 76th minute substitute for Peterbrough United in their 1-0 FA Cup 1st Round Replay defeat at Burton Albion. The striker who had turned down a contract offer from the Sky Blues at the start of the season was booed by the Burton fans for the fourteen plus four minutes of stoppage time that he was on the pitch.

A crowd of 2511 at the Pirelli Stadium saw Shaun Harrad score the only goal of the game with a ten yard strike in the 73rd minute. Former Sky Blue Andy Ducros was an unused substitute by Nigel Clough whose side travel to Burscough in the next round on December 3rd.
