Mrs Justice Thirlwall’s will make her decision in the High Court in London as to whether Coventry City Council acted unlawfully when they bailed out the Ricoh Arena.
Coventry City and the SISU companies have challenged this and Sisu boss Joy Seppala, and CCFC/Otium directors Tim Fisher and Mark Labovitch; Coventry City Council assistant finance director Barry Hastie and council solicitor Christine Forde, were all in court today to hear that the decision will be announced tomorrow.
