With Reda Johnson admitting that the Coventry City players were not motivated for the FA Cup against Worcester City, is it not time to bring in someone who can motivate the players?
Pressley, MacFarlane and Murray certainly cannot get the best out of the players they send onto the pitch, having seen the defeats at Rochdale, Scunthorpe and Crewe and now suffered the embarassment that was yesterday plus other games over their reign, so bringing in someone who has motivational skills that has to be the best way of taking the team forward.
Whether that person is someone who does not have a football background or comes as a result of the manager and his staff, it would be up to Seppala, Waggott and Fisher but we need someone who can get the players to fight for the cause.
