Coventry City are hoping to have their new loanee in the building on Thursday.
The January transfer window closes on Thursday night at 11pm and the Sky Blues are looking to have the winger who is with a Championship club signed before then.
The said winger was due at Ryton yesterday but has a tight hamstring and speaking about him, City manager Mark Robins told the Coventry Telegraph: "We are trying to get it done and it is getting done.
"All the paperwork is done and things like that.
“He’s not in at the minute but he will be in on Thursday.
“The issue with it at the minute is that he has had a tight hamstring so we have just got to make sure that everything is all right with that.
“We are going to bring him in anyway but we have just got to make sure he’s OK to take part.
