The Irishman had injured his shoulder but recovered to make the bench against Watford. He then fell in training injuring the same shoulder again and is now out of the final game of the season.
"Kevin fell badly on his shoulder yesterday and had to be carried off," said City boss Chris Coleman to the CT.
