Coventry City's stand in manager Andy Thorn has promised fans that he will continue with his attacking style of football when he takes his side to Portsmouth for tonights Championship encounter.
Since Thorn took temporary charge of the Sky Blues after the departure of Aidy Boothroyd, he has presided of one win, two draws and one loss and had guided Coventry City out of the relegation threatened reaches of the table.
However Thorn is under no illusions that the fourth away game in five matches will be an easy one.
He said to the CT: "It's going to be a really tough game but it should be a good game and the boys are looking forward to it. We want to start the way we did at Derby."
"We have had some tough games at Burnley, Preston and Derby and this will be our fourth away from home in five, but we are not going to change our outlook on the way we approach games. I am not sure many people would have thought we would get five points from Burnley and Derby away and Watford at home, so we are happy and going in the right direction."
"We know we have got to work on certain stuff but it is a case of more of the same really."
Portsmouth, under Steve Cotterill's have kept eight clean sheets in their last eleven games which will test Thorn's attacking philosophy as well as his strikers.
Thorn remains unperturbed though and claimed: "We have got goals in the team and strikers on the pitch. People are hungry for goals and we're creating chances. We went away to Derby and had nearly 60 per cent of possession which is terrific from our point of view and if we keep doing those things and getting better and better, we are going to win more than we lose, that's for sure."
