Coventry City manager Andy Thorn thinks that the Capital One Second Round cup tie against Birmingham City.
Whilst both sets of supporters would probably have preferred Aston Villa in the draw made at 12.50pm, Thorn said to Lee Corden: “I think it’s a fantastic draw and I am sure our supporters will be really looking forward to it because it’s a local derby.
“We’ve got some very important league games before then and it’s important that we make a good start in the league but this is a really good draw for us and I am sure it will be an exciting derby.”
The game is expected to be on August 28th but is subject to the demands of television, police etc,
