Former Coventry City midfielder David Thompson is the bookies favourite to become the next manager of St Mirren.
Thompson, who has been passing his coaching badges in recent years and now holds a UEFA A and B Licence, is being quoted at odds of 1/2 to become the next manager after a stream of bets on him.
Former Coventry City player/manager Terry Butcher is second favourite to land the job.
