Coventry City youngster George Thomas played for Wales U19's this afternoon in a 2-1 defeat to Portugal.
Thomas, started the UEFA U19 European Championship match with fellow Sky Blue Cian Harries on the bench, at the Estádio da Nora in Ferreira, which saw the hosts take a 29th minute lead through Hildeberto Pereira.
Liverpool's Harry Wilson equalised in the 62nd minute but Gil Dias struck the winner in the 76th minute.
