Leicester City are bottom of the Championship after losing 1-0 at home to Burnley tonight. In the other Championship games, there were wins for Crystal Palace,Plymouth,Barnsley,Norwich,Luton, Stoke City and Wolves who beat Ipswich 1-0 with a goal from Jay Bothroyd.

Coventry Sphinx put in a fine performance against a Shepshed Dynamo side some two divisions above them. Paul Charnley's side held Shepshed on their own ground for 85 minuts until a penalty was awarded and converted.

Last night, Leamington FC won 10-0 at Priory Sports with Ben Mackey scoring a hat-trick. Mackey is not the only former Sky Blue playing for City supporter and Brakes team boss Jason Cadden, former City Academy defender Craig Kelly released back in April by Micky Adams has joined a Leamington side which features Tom Cudworth and former City youngster Dave Pearson.
