Coventry City captain Sam Ricketts has said that the huddle that the City players go into before a game and sometimes after it, is about togetherness.
Ricketts told the Coventry Telegraph: "“The manager told us that some days we have to show grit and determination to get promotion and I think that’s what we saw on the day at Chesterfield.
“We got a draw in the end but on another day we might be rewarded with a winning goal at the end.
“The huddle was about the togetherness and spirit you have to show and I think the fans could see that from the sidelines.
“Everyone is in it together and if we can get everyone pulling in the right direction at this club from the players, staff, fans and people who run the club, we can build momentum and that can carry you through as a club. The possibilities are endless at Coventry and we have to keep it going.”
